How often do you feed the fishies?

Hi all, wanted to start a thread on what the members feed. Was also wondering how much and how often you folks feed your pets. Also, how big and what's in the tank will help too. Just want to get an idea if I am over feeding or not feeding enough.

Right now i have a 15gal with a FuzzyDwarf, Scooter, and Green spotted Puffer. I feed them 2 tsp of Brine a day. occassional 1/4 cube of frozen forumula-one every other day.

Well i'm not into saltwater (yet) but I have two uncles that are. They both have community as I would put it, and they feed once every other day. They say that they feed them a little extra (as they do feed them once every other day). Like for instance, if every day they would feed them one cube of brine shrimp in the morning and marine flakes at night ( not meaning that they do feed it), they would feed one cube of brine and they flakes once every other day, or possibly just two cubes one day then the next time he feeds he gives them something else. I probably confused you or something but thats as close as I can describe it!!!

i blend and freeze a mixture of: shrimp, scallop, scrod, bloodworm, krill, spirulina flake,Formula 2 and vitamin supplement.
occassional clam or mussel half shell.

fish are in profile.

feed 2 cubes 3x day. young angels need to be fed 3-4x day.

you may want to consider feeding something besides brine as it supposedly doesnt have much nutrient content.

I dice up some shrimp and squid I buy at the grocery and feed that every few days too. With the Formula 1 mixed in, would that be an efficient diet as opposed to just the brine?

that should be your staple. the brine should be what you feed every once and awhile.

It really all depends on the fish in stock. I try not to keep really demanding fish in since my work schedule is not fish friendly sometimes. I feed my fish every few days.

I feed them all sorts of marine fare bought at the grocery store which I mix in a cup full of tank water in the blender.
