Berlin Turbo

I have a Berlin Turbo that crapped out on me. The pump basically died. I have sent an email to red-sea but I do not expect much. If they cannot provide me with a new pump how do I return my berlin turbo to its scum sucking glory?

Its been a while since I played w/ a berlin but if memory serves me correctly there is a small jet/venturi that you can unscrew out and make sure its not clogged w/ any debris like CC or sand, that would be my first instinct of a problem and happend to me a time or two.

Scubadude,

Actually this is a Berlin Turbo with the included pump. Red Sea really surorised me when they emailed me and called me on the same day. I will be calling them back soon in hopes of resolving this problem. Thanks for the help.
