Any good links for baffles?

Anyone know a good website that describes the benefits of baffles in a refugium? Something with lots of easy pictures for us slow folks would be nice

For clarification are you talking about putting baffles in a refugium that is separate from your sump, baffles in your sump/refugium combo or baffles for your sump?

Hey Scott,

My current plan is to have my Skimmer out flow go into my (new) 10g hex refugium, in an attempt to lessen the micro bubbles in the main tank.
Saw baffles brieflly described in a post, and am trying to figure out just what exactly you guys were talking about.

I am a world class non-plumber, who has been trying to get my reef tank going for 1.5 - 2 years.
