I just finished plumming my Iwaki WMD40XLTR. All worked well...Except for the air that I am getting in the tank. Their really fine air bubbles. The system is solid, no leakes. I can't figure it out. The lines were primed. I don't know where it is coming from. Every once in a while you can hear the air in the lines and then see it come out the output tubes. It's a closed system just for circulation, no sump or filtration in the line. What do you think?

Hi kk4rosie!
I feel your pain. I would say that the plumbing has to be pulling air from somewhere; beyond that I am going to direct you to a thread I started regarding noise and air bubbles from a closed loop I attempted to set-up. Noisy Closed Loop Good luck! Scott Z. |

Check all fittings, clamps, and connections on the intake side of the pump. A pin hole will leak a lot of air into the suction side of the pump and never drip any water. Bob
