Multiple Remora C hang on's

So what would be the effect of hanging two remora c's in my sump? I just happen to have two and am thinking about putting both in the sump for my new 36G bow front. I know it is overkill, but would it be a good thing or a bad thing? And what would the effects be?

I don't think there would be any negative affects at all unless you beleive in "over-skimming". The only thing I can think that might be a negative is using more electricity than necessary. If the 2 skimmers combined do not produce more skimmate than 1 by itself, then your wasting a bit of electricity to run the second pump.

I thought the same thing. Running another maxi 1200 will add to the bill, but it should also double or close to that the time between emptying the collection cups. Do you agree?

It would seem that it would but I guess only running them concurrently would tell.
