Aqua Controller/Calcium Reactor
Does anyone know what would be a good program setting for an Aqua Controller to turn on the calcium reactor? Right now I have it set for when my PH > 8.45 Then CO2 ON. Some how I'm thinking that defeats the purpose of having the calcium reactor. I feel it should be running more often. Any help is much needed, thanks

I have done some fiddling w/ AC's but to my knowledge the AC (aquacontroller) should only be used to shut off the reactor...actually it will shut off the Co2 feed and that will need a solenoid that would be plugged into an X-10 module. Why would you need a program? You should be able to program it to do everything you want

Within the Aqua Controller programming language, I have -
If PH > 8.45 then CO2 = ON If PH < 8.35 then CO2 = OFF If I want to maintain a good Calcium level, lets say 400 or higher, how can I do this, unless my Calcium Reactor is suppose to run all the time and cut off at what reading of my PH settings. aneely |
