this a counter current skimmer. i am wonder if this is a ok skimmer. can anyone tell me how this work? were does water go in or out. this is goin to be in my 20 gal tank.

I think these are inside the tank skimmers; water freely circulates through them from the water column and bubbles are produced via the airstone. This is not a good skimmer.

Hi Rp Marine

I brought a secondhand Prizm deluxe skimmer for $150 aud, to buy it new it would have cost me about $300 to $350 aud. also my nano tank plans have changed as i'll be getting a 3ft aga with hood and stand ( Looks like i'll be doing some Painting when i get it) , as for the lights I'll be using Pc , which i'll get next week.
