its gettin hot in here
what heater would anyone recommand for a 20 gal tall. any brand? and can anyone tell me the different between dead sand and live sand. would Arag-Alive sand be a good substrate for the sandbed? and would four vho builb buil up alot of heat?

I used arag alive to cycle my 90 and it cut the cycling time in half. Just make sure that you check the expiration date on the bag before you buy it- it does have a year shelf life. I highly recommend it. I wish that it was available when I cycled my 200 gal tank.

I put my 80 lbs of Arag Alive in at the same time as I put in my 50 lbs of live rock (that is the amount I started out with, since have added more) and it cycled out in 2 weeks. The last one I set up w/o Arag Alive took over a month or so to cycle out. Waiting sucks!
