Installed an Aquac Remora and now have a ton of micro bubbles

I hooked it up yesterday. I purchased the pre filter box as well because I loathe micro bubbles!! Yet my tank is still riddled with them
I know that the skimmer is going through it's "break in" period but did not expect this many bubbles. Has anyone else experienced this? I aslo put in 3 hagen 802 poweheads which is really giving me great circulation. (I dont think these are contributing to my dilemma)

I am very meticulous with my tank and these bubbles are driving me crazy. Do you think I am just being too anal and should simply give it a little time?

Thanks,

Mark

Time wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it will help either. CPR offers a bubble trap for their Bak Pak skimmer, I'll bet Aqua C has something as well.

The prefilter box is supposed to diffuse the bubbles. It has 2 chambers. 1 to house the pump and the skimmer return flows into the other chamber which should be diffusing the bubbles. *shrug*
