phosphate reactor/filter?

can you buy these things? and where. i saw on another forum a link to one called a Phosban reactor 150

They work very well and I have two on my 450.They require a small powerhead or water can be tee'd off from another source.They come with a ball valve to regulate the input.Start off with a very low flow and tap the reactor to get any air pockets out.Once this is done,you can increase the flow slightly.You will see the phosban slowly circulate in the reactor obtaining maximum water contact.
