Hi,
I hope this hasn't been asked, I am new to the forum. I work for a builder in new construction. He is planning on having a fishtank in his new model home. Here is my question, the fish tank will be exposed on three sides, the two long sides and one end. It will be sitting on a penisula, half wall, which will be a built in stand, but the tank will be seperate. Tank lid will be custom made to match the built in stand. There is a pillar on one end of the tank and the wall on the other, so it's sort of a room divider. How to hide the cords? We'll have outlets installed in the cabinet, and a whole in the top of the cabinet for cords to drop through, but is there anyway to hide the cords so they are not visable outside? Or do they design tanks with built in cords? The lid will be tall enough to hide, the pumps and filter or heater etc, but it's the cords I'm really wondering about.
Another topic, my husband and I have a 120 gal fresh water fish tank at home, up against the wall. Cords are behind a picture/scene image on the back of the tank. This isn't an option in the model.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Jane
