Need help with RO/DI unit
I just recently purchaced a 100 GPD RO/DI unit and am using it above the sink with a faucet connector. My question is, does the wasteline drip need to be faster then the outline flow or vise versa? How do you know if you are running the outlet flow at a sufficent rate?

You will produce more waste water than filtered water. Your filter should have a restrictor valve in the waste line , and this forces water through the membrane. HTH.

Without having a pressure gauge, your best bet is to turn the faucet all the way on when running through your filter. Depending on the purity of your tap water, the flow from the waste line and good line will vary but typically you will produce much more waste water than good water; probably around a 1:5 ratio.
