So, i'm running a 29gal Fowlr w/2 percs, 2 snails, a Millenium 2000 pump and a smaller 1600 Powerhead. a)Do I need a protein skimmer? b)What would be a good bet?
Ki from GBR here in Denver said he didn't really have anything small enough for my tank, and suggested I check the board for advice. I'm really skiddish about some of the junk that is online, and have read some really bad reviews about lower end <$50 models. Also, I'm planning on a 55gal reef tank this fall, if my blue thumb works well with the Fowlr, so the thought of saving money for that may be an issue. Thanks in advance. |
