Connecting LR together

Can someone steer me towards some links, or tell me the best way to connect LR in a reef-safe fashion? I don't want to use aquarium epoxy except on the smallest parts of it.

I want to be able to have it all connected together, and be able to place it in my tank all at once. And likewise, be able to remove it, at will.

I plan on having the biggest base pieces sitting in little LR legs to support it above my sand bed to minimize compression.

Remember, I am dealing with the cleaned, dried-out rock that used to be LR until I had to kill it due to an aiptasia outbreak. I have all the time in the world to deal with it.

I wuz thinking of stainless steel bolts to attach the major pieces of the overall shape. I want to be able to pick it up, and it all holds together.

Do they make stainless steel bolts? Do I need to use something different? Teflon bolts? Whatever?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I would just use a masonry bit and some acrylic cylinders along with some plastic zip ties, should work out nicely. I don't know that you'll be able to get 50+ lbs to hold together good but it would allos you to make some radical caves and structures.

How many pounds of liverock are you talking about? Do you not have to contend with any center braces?

Center braces? On my 46 bow? Nah.

I'm not sure how many pounds I have. Maybe 30 - 50 lbs???

Whatever I don't use in my rock sculpture will wind up im my fuge.

Also, I dunno if this is important, but I'm going to a FOWLR. I want to concentrate on fish in this new tank that has been forced on me. That means I'm going to use reg flourescent lights on as I see please.

Hence the desire for an easily acessable biosphere. Never again do I plan to lose a fish in the rock again.
