Would seem to be a great opportunity for human error. The only way I would consider the solution is with a "safety system".
IMHO what Sherry described would work. The top off amounts of FW or SW should be limited to only an amount of evap or shipping volume to cover 2 days or so to ensure you dont hypo or hyper too far on accident. When you are not shipping, you would have the option to increase the volume of FW top off volume to account for travel, vacation, etc. fwiw: I use a few of the Tunze Osmolators and have been very pleased with them. |

What is that. We did try that systems and it works well but have to remember ti shut of the SW valve and turn back on the RO water. Do you have a link for that equipment you mentioned? Also who sells Gemini Pumps? |
