CC versus Sand
I've currently got crushed coral, but want to switch to sand (purely for aesthetics) as I upgrade to a new tank. A couple questions:
1. There's a variety of critters (miniature starfish-like guys, slug-type things, etc.) in my cc bed - will I have these same critters in a sand bed? 2. I've got a (very cool) jawfish who has set up residence in several different spots. In his current spot he actuallu moved a small coral (I swear) to the mouth of his house - looks like a shrub by his doorway. Anyway, will he be able to be happy working with sand, or does he need something larger sized? Thx. -jim |
