About LinkBacksI want to set up a sump and refugium but I am slightly confused on how it all works. If anyone has a picture of the plumbing it would help me out a lot. Also can I put these 2 things in one container under my tank? What should I put into the refugium? Also what is a good external overflow and return pump for my 65gal tank?

Try a search using "sump" there are several threads that are recent that go over what you are looking for.
Here is a great place to start, LOTS of threads and good reading to get caught up.
