Can someone tell me about the jebo 180?
I really need some good personal use advice on this protein skimmer. What kind of problems does it have? How good does it work. I have a 29 gallons tank. Please help.

They actually work pretty well. I used one for about a couple of months until I decided to upgrade to an in-sump skimmer. When I first started mine, I had to take off the air valve completely since the cyclone of bubbles would fill my collection cup in a hurry if I left it on. I experienced a break-in period with this skimmer since the collection cup would fill quickly (within hours) after keeping it on. For the first few days or week, keep an eye on the collection cup since it will overflow with water if you don't unplug the skimmer on time. If anything, unplug it while you're not around your aquarium the first week. After things acclimate, the cyclone of bubbles should be manageable with the control valve and it will do a good job with skimming. I sold mine about a month ago.
