How to flush R06100DINT unit (From Ebay)
Hi ALl,
Does anyone know how to flush the RO6100DINT RO/DI unit that comes from Filter Direct on ebay? Also where is a good place to get the replacement cartridges for this unit? Thanks, CaptK |

Filter cartridges and RO membranes are pretty much standard. Most hobby RO filters have 10" cartridges and the membrane housings are standard. I have a Kent filter, but use a DI cartridge and RO membrane from Aquatic Reef Systems. They are half the price of the equivalent Kent replacements and, according to my TDS meter, do just as good a job. If you replace your RO membrane with another brand, just make sure that it is the same (or close) Gallons Per Day rating. Otherwise, you would have to replace the flow restrictor to match the membrane. I am using a ARS 50 GPD membrane on my 60 GPD RO filter and it works just fine.
