And I very much look forward to hearing your experience and ideas.

So much of this hobby is learning from each other, I hope we can help each other out the best we can.

For a quick backround - at present my main focus is my BB 58g SPS tank, run with aggressive export and a different method/equipment than -> my 40g breeder softie/anemone tank, which was unskimmed for a while this summer/fall, but is run with the DSB/'fuge method.

Then I have a 60g stock tank and 35 hex [wife's past and future FOWLR] that are in-process - stock tank to replace softie tank [propagation focus] ... but run my tanks differently for the different livestock and different needs.

I hope we can all focus beyond `what method we think is right' to work on the basics that all hold true - observation, good design + upkeep, balanced import/export, good husbandry basics [and advanced].

Anyway - thanks for the welcome and I look forward to the future
Please let me know your concerns, ideas, hopes for this forum ... and we'll build it into what we dream it can be.

Mark

Ninong - I'm his polite nemesis. You wouldn't want that other guy around here

Thanks Mucho!

Great having you around these parts too
Probably only around for Saturday @ IMAC this year ... but looking to meet even more friends. Last year was wonderful to meet some of the great folks I know here/there ... and realize that in person they're even nicer people.

Been looking forward to it since the last one ended
