Red Sea

I have to say that Red Sea is a Great company when it comes to Customer service! Here is the rundown:

-About 3 years ago I got a Berlin Turbo skinner for my 55g tank.
- after about 1.5 years the pump stopped working..... I sent an email.
- Red Sea replied within a day asking me to call them. I was sure I would get the "well we sell the pump for $$" line.... But they told me that the impeller was faulty and I could expect a new one within 5 days. I got it in 3 days.
- The new impeller shattered about 3 months later. Email, call, same result. Got new impeller. Was told this time that I would receive a new and improved impeller.
- When the 2nd impeller shattered I had trouble getting the blue collar off the pump. I broke the collar with brute force.
- Emailed Red Sea looking to BUY a collar. Was told "no Way you can buy it" we will send you another one!
- the collar is on the way!

Even though I have had all these problems Red Sea has been wonderful! Warranty has long expired and they are still supporting me!

Makes me kinda of proud to be using my WaveMaster!!!

It isn't real often that you see a company stand behind thier product like that, it is definitly nice to hear.
