I just kind of skimmed thru it, I gotta head to work, but yeah there are some good ideas, thoughts in there. Just remember random flow. The part about the alot of todays powerheads with just directional flow is good. never point powerheads directly at corals. For example, in my 80, I have 4 MJ1200s, all in the corners, pointed at one another. They are placed high in the tank, and I can't believe the random flow these create. So, you can do it with powerheads, it's just that when you are just starting a tank, it's better to look at all the options you have before going in head first.
