Nope and I would bet you another $59.95 that it's not very effecient.

Wink Don't skimp on a skimmer

Get the best u can afford or build!! I've had the e-bay type and compared to my current skimmer it was equal to a powerhead of about 10 gal per year!!!If u skimp now you'll have to play catch up later--like me.I'm skimming heavily every day and I have to disrupt my sand bed to get the leftovers from 1 and 1/2 years of buildup and every time I do the skimmer goes wacko.No major stir up just the surface of the sand and it's amazing.My skimmer is DIY and will handle about a 300 gal tank if pumped with enough water , and I have a 90 gal---but u can understand the importance.

Rule on skimmers - don't skimp on that price. It's probably your largest mechanical filter for the tank.

Those are Won Brothers skimmers. They are basically an imitation Seaclone, not the best design out there. See here for other options,
