It is basically activated carbon with deionization resins added to remove additional impurities from the aquarium's water.
Here is the company's webpage on the product, http://www.boydenterprisesonline.com/pages/2/index.htm For what it is worth, it is one of my favorite chemical media along with Polyfilter and Black Diamond activated carbon. |
