flow?
what would be the best flow rate for a 55 gal.? and how much sould go into the sump? I am using a mag 3 now. this goes to the sump and two 1200 maxi powheads for the display. I know I need more. I just don't really have a clue What it needs.

A Mag 3 return sounds pretty weak, I would think you could take thi up to a MAG 7. An then you can add a single Tunze Stream 6060 in the display with your 2-MJ 1200's and you'll be all set.
