lol, Yes, I use one, but it's not a Nu Clear. The one I have is a Ocean Clear and I love it, BUT you can't slack on cleaning the filter. If you do buy one get two filters cart., Basically what you'll want to do is Wash the new one. Then after the that pull the dirty one out, put it in the bucket fill bucket with HOT water and some bleach let is sit for a couple of days, and hose it out really good, and it's ready to use again.

I must add that I only use this for my mech filter. Not bio at all. I run carbon and a prefilter with this too. I use a quiet one 4000HH to run this filter. I think it works wonderful.
