There are really no good HOB skimmers that will work on a tank your size. Even the Deltec (468.00) is a little small for you tank...If you have a sump then I'd take a look at the ASM G4 (405.00) This is probably your best bang for your buck. This is probably one of the most important pieces of equipment, you don't want to skimp here. If you do you'll probably just replace it later on. Just like anything else, you get what you pay for.

You might also look at octopusskimmer.com for a competitive skimmer. I have recently began using a Bermuda Aquatics skimmer and so far, it has perfomed the best on our 75 gallon, which has used AquaC and My Reef Creations in the past.

The Bermuda that I use is not a recirc skimmer. It is a venturi skimmer powered by a Sedra 5000. It has some unique features including an "anti-clogging" venturi, which so far has not clogged or needed any attention, and the skimmer is controlled by the output, which is easily raised up and down.

Ok, because I didn't think any of the Bermuda hobbyist skimmers were recirc.

Did I read that right ? $350 for shipping ? Did you check out Aquarium lighting, aquarium filters, protein skimmers, aquarium pumps, aquarium products they have the same skimmers just different names.
