Puzzled with quietone 1200

I want to use pump for dry application replacing front housing with 1/2" threaded intake nipple. Can't seem to understand how to seperate front housing cover. Anyone have an answer?

Nevermind. Being up 20 hours certainly affects one's thinking ability.
