The problem with that unit is the 100 gpd RO membrane. That would be considered a drinking water membrane (rejection rate around 90% ) Not really the best for our hobby..If you can get the seller to swap out the membrane for something like a 75 gal gpd or less ( around 98% rejection rate)then you'll have a much better unit..The problem is to make sure the seller swaps it for the better membrane. All RO\DI units are all pretty much built the same, its whats inside that differs...I like that unit because of the clear canisters. |
