Question please aprove my skimmer choice.

My tank is a 210 gallon.

    I have a sump.
    So I want to have an in sump skimmer;

my fish list is as follows:

    5X Yellow Tail Blue Damsels
    2x Clownfish
    1x Foxface
    1x Naso
    3X Blue Tangs
    1x Bird Wrasse
    1X zebra Eel

Would the Aqua C EV240 with a Mag Drive 18
be a good choice with the amount of bioload i have listed above?????

this is the worst thing about keeping fish.
    All this tech stuff.

    Bonbon,

You'd be at the limit. I'd pick something larger and recirculation models. It drains less energy.

Deltec, H&S, ASM, Orca Systems, Octopus, Pacific Coastal, Euro-Reef etc...

These units use its pump to recirculate internally the water generating more skimming with less electricity. It's relativelly new technology and some cmpanies are charging excessivelly. Shop around.

    Regards

For the money look at Octopus

    Marine Solutions Online Store

This would be a great skimmer for your setup!

Or do you mean to feed it.

Many use a MJ 1200 (295 GPH) would be good or just a little larger

just plumb the thing in from your overflow and use a gate/ball valve to control the incoming water. 0 watts
