40g tru-vu setup

hey thx for helpin lol im lookin to set up my 40g tru-vu tank in saltwater id love to do a reef tank but i want some time in saltwater before i take the leap so im lookin for a fowlr set up
id like if people could help me out with my needs
im lookin for a
protein skimmer
uv steralizer
and a canister filter
ive looked at like phostphate reactors to keep levels at 0
but do i need one
ive read that a 10g tank could make use of a good sump with like 6inches of mud/sand but is it necessary?
basically what i want is a system that would do nice for my FOWLR set up and make my trouble easy lol im not lookin to blow a fat wad of cash so cheaper is better ill be doin all the spendin in about a year when i get my own place and invest in like a 250-300g reef setup but i want to get my hands in saltwater and shi+ before then
so yeah any help would be chillin thanks for your help

I uesed a 10g for a sump and it was a mess. micro bubbles so bad it looked like smoke comming out of my returns. I was fed up so I broke down and bought a 25g tru vu sump ($100). LOTS of room for pumps and the skimmer and NO bubbles. The best benny I have spent so far!
