Copper Plumbing
If a house that I move in to has copper plumbing, what precautions/ filtration measures do I have to take to make sure my reef tank stays alive?

Carl Just tell your wife that having a tank teaches you all sorts of new DIY skills...which will save lots of money around the house...so you can buy more stuff for your tank...so you can learn more skills... Teaching freshmen takes an infinite amount of patience, a wonderful, sarcastic sense of humor, and a very quick, dry wit.

I have a house with Copper, and I have had no issues. Just make sure to use a good RO/DI.

No problems and nothing special to do. Just make sure to not use copper plumbing for the tank itself.
