    Cool Re: Good protein skimmer

Few ? before I can answer that in full?

    Do you have a sump?
Do you have unlimited funds? LOL

Hang on back I never used them but a buddy really likes his Remora
and for in sump, cheap people seem to like the coralife, I like EuroReefs-you cna do nock-off ER. OR go big and do the deltecs or ATI bubble masters! oooooo OR you could build your own? Lots of options?

    Also what kind of Bioload?

    Check out these.

    My Reef Creations--Protein Skimmers

I went with the MR-2 for my 65 gallon, way overkill, but I hope to upgrade to a much larger tank soon. You would be well served with the MR-1.

    Good luck, don't skimp.

No, I do not have a sump and unfortunatly I do have limited funds ha ha. I was wondering if it was possible to find an adequate skimmer for around $100 or so? I will not have too high of a bio-load; I only plan on keeping 4-5 fish and a clean-up crew of invertebrates.

Your not going to find a really good skimmer for that price, and regardless of the bio-load you should have a really good skimmer. Check out the Remora from AquaC or the Archipelago from Bermuda Aquatics.

Alright, I guess I will give the Remora a try since it is fairly reasonably priced. Thanks a lot for the help.
