What a bunch of a-holes... I hope you are able to get them what they deserve and that is a whole lot of pain and sufferign from the state... They should not be allowed to operate a busness if that is how they are going to treat people.....

I hope your story spreads like widlfire... Copy it and post it on every web-fish board you can find so all can see it. I hope they go out of buisness....

Re: tried to order a custom tank and all I got was grief!!!

Well....I hope my tank ends up better than theones described. I recently purchased my 60gal cube from them. The expericence hasn't been that bad, but it also was not perfect. If I remember correctly it was Tom who took my original order. Since this is my first bulkhead tank, I old him 1/2" instead of 3/4" bulkheads. Then I realized my mistake, called them back and they assured me that the order would be updated. I picked up the tank at a tank show and tried to install the bulkheads, only to find that they did not change my order and drilled holes for 1/2" bulkheads and sent 3/4" fittings. Needless to say I was not happy. They did send the correct bulkheads to me that week. My silicone could look a lot better, but all in all I am happy with the tank. They did have a few stands and canpoies at the show, which I ordered and picked up over the Thanksgiving holiday. I met the truck in PA o their way to a show. That was a fun trip in itself. They knew it woulf take me at least an hour to get to the stop. I arrived on time only to have them call me and say they were still 2 hours out. Duh...pick up the phone sooner. So my 2 hr. trip lasted 4hrs. The stand and canopy are awesome though. At least they got that right. Beth was on the trip for that one along with one of the hispanic workers. Let me tell you,for someone who is a business owner of a sizeable company...shewasn't much of a looker. If you catch my drift. Not that I am a super hottie, but I do have all of my teeth.

Re: tried to order a custom tank and all I got was grief!!!

Ok...so 3 days after reading and rplying to this thread I had a nightmare. In my dream the silicone in my tank dissolved and I cam home to half of my tank filled and the rest on the carpet. I am hoping that the dream doesn't turn into reality. Just thought I'd share the experience.

I think everyone who owns a tank of anykind has that nightmare. Not a pleasant experience. I feel bad for those whose nightmare turns to reality.
