Air Bubbles Comming From My Powerheads?

I have to Aquaclear 50 powerheads, Both units tottally Under water, No air near or around units, But yet I still get small bubbles shooting out of my powerheads. Whats the problem, what could It be? PLease Help..

They may be too close to the surface & you can't see the small swirl sucking in air, otherwise I'd dare to say it would be impossible otherwise, try & lower them another inch or two.

If there are small oxygen bubbles coming off algae, etc, in your tank, or from the skimmer return, these will build up in your powerhead and release when the accumulated bubble gets to a certain size.
