UV Help

I recently got a used 18W Coralife UV sterilizer. When I got it, I figured it would need a new bulb. I set it up with the old bulb and it did not work, so I ordered a new bulb. I put the new bulb in today and it still does not work. When I unplugged it the power supply was warm to the touch.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can try to get this thing going?

Hi Big B,

Sorry to hear of your equipment problem. I have 0 experience with UV's so I can't help much except to suggest that you contact the manufacturer. I would think they could offer some advice.
