I just bought an all glass aqarium (125) w/2 overflow units built in and am feeling like i got in over my head. I desperately need to know if the Rapids Pro 4 wet&dry filter w/ auto fill system for $300 is a good deal or an oceanic sump? any advice is greatly appreciated.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to Reefland!!!

My advice is to sit back, read and learn all you can for a bit. I know the temptation to put water in in the tank and get it going is very strong, but believe me, you can save a lot of money and headaches by going slow and learning. As for the sump, you can build your own for next to nothing. Just buy a small tank used or new and get a couple pieces of glass from Lowes (they will cut it to size) and you are set. Spending $300 for sump is just way too much. Spend that money and get a nice skimmer for the tank. There are also lights and so forth and that is where the money needs to be spent.
