I had a tuff time priming it, and once i got her going all these white feather like stuff came out, what is it ? I've been thinking about changing the tubing, the tubing that im using is just basic clear tubing, and it's old and it looks pretty dirty inside. Should i change the tubing ?

Re: After cleaning my Canister filter...
You can change it if you feel it is trying to clog up.
The white feather stuff comes out of all my plumbing also after I start the system back up if it has been off for about 30 minutes. I doubt the hard time you had priming had anything to do with the tubing though. Canister filters can get finicky after awhile. |
