new tank question
Hey, I have a new 29 gallon glass tank. Here are my filtration plans:
-One Aqua C remora protein skimmer (rated to 55 gallons) -One Bio wheel (rated up to 20 gallons) I have this filter from my other tank so the wheel still has all the bacteria on it. -about 30 pounds of live rock -25 pounds of aggregate Do you think this would do fine for my 29 gallon stocked accordingly? |

Re: new tank question
I like deep sand beds myself, so if it were my tank, I would add more sand, to a depth of 4-6" wet.

Re: new tank question
What kind of aggregrate is it ? and do you plan on cleaning your sand? Also what kind of a sump do you have and describe your water movement system?
