    Refugium Help please

Just got my refugium up and going and only have one slight problem.
The return line hose siphons water back into the fuge when it goes off. so if I lose power I am gonna have that thing draining my tank much further than the overflow could ever do.
BTW the return line is pumped by a rio 1100+.
    diff pump mabye?
Bring the return head to the top of the water mabye?
    what have u done?
    thanks again
    John

Drill a siphon hole in your return line just under the existing water line, power goes out, return line sucks air thru the siphon hole, and stops the siphon. HTH

Nice I did that exact same thing that night. Only prob was it was jetting bubbles from the weep hole so I stuck a piece of foam around it.
    Thanks

What kind of foam did you use? The reason I ask is that I have a bunch of siphon holes and I do get some bubbles. Do you have a pic, or can you get one?
