Our servers were down for about a week - along with 800,000 other electric meters in the greater Cincinnati area after the remnants of Hurricane Ike rolled through. Ended up being the worst storm (in terms of power outages) in history. No rain, just 40 to 70 mph winds that seemed determined to knock down or snap off every tree near powerlines. Sorry you had trouble getting through.
