Sump setup

I already have a filter but I've been looking at doing a sump in my 75gal aquarium. I don't want to drill my tank so I know I would have to get a hang on siphon, no big deal there. I have a 30gal long and a 29gal tall sitting around that I could use to make a sump setup. But if I use the 30gal long tank it will take up all of the room under my tank, so I was leaning towards the 29gal tank. I know I need a pump to push the water back into the tank, but what else should I get? and what is a good way to install baffels into the sump tank. Any pictures or ideas would be great.
