Most manufactures recommend 30 minutes at minimum, I do one hour.

Alrighty then!!! Thanx. I am running the water saver system from the Filter Guys, with 2 membranes. How long would you run the system if you changed out all the filters? This includes a micron sediment, carbon block, the membranes and 2 DI cartridges????

If you have a sealed quality membrane you are fine at start up. I run my tds meter after the DI chamber if it reads 0 its good to go.
