Looks a lot like mine, different manufacturer but if it pumps out water with a TDS reading of 0 - can't be so bad.

"No dear, there's no water on the floor near all those electrical cords!"
It looks like mine also i got from bulk reef supply. I think they are all the same if it is the same spec.
I wouldnt use that unit if it were free. They really are quite amibiguous in their description of the unit. They say they use filmtec membranes but dont specify which. They make no mention of what micron size prefilter or carbon blocks they use (good units will use a 1 micron prefilter and a 0.6 20,000 gallon carbon block). Most quality units have a refillable 20z DI. I suspect this is a 10 or 12oz. Any reef quality unit will remove 100%. They say themselves that it doesnt do that. You can get much better units for the same if not less $$. Good quality prefilters & carbon blocks are key. they protect the DI membrane. A unit with sub standard filters will burn out in weeks and kill the DI. I have seen so many people buy substandard units over the years only to find themselves invested in a money pit constantly replacing filters. As a rule of thumb I tell people to stay away from Ebay whan it comes to RO/DI. It is not often I see a unit worth a hill of beans.
