I'm getting ready to replace a piece of cracked glass on a 90 gallon tank. Has anyone ever used marine epoxy vs silicone for this purpose? The only aquarium safe silicone I can find around here is only rated for tanks 30 gallons or less so I thought the epoxy may be a better solution.

I'm ninety-nine and forty-four one-thundreds percent sure that's a terrible idea. You must use the appropriate aquarium silicone, unless you're willing to have the contents of your aquarium spill all over your floor in the middle of the night.

Yeah, I kind of figured that. Any idea what PSI rating I'll need on the silicone? Tank dimensions are 48'' long x 24'' wide x 15'' tall.
