I am moving to a new home where the water has high Uranium. While the town is working on the probelm, the current levels are 42 UG/L when the max should be no more than 30 UG/L
I have read that long term consumption of high levels of Uranium can lead to cancer or liver damage so I plan to use bottled water until the problem is fixed. In the meantime, I have no idea about the impact on the live stock in my tank - fish and corals. I use an ro/di system but I can not find any information on whether uranium is removed in the process.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get an understanding of the impact this may have? Any help is greatly appreciated.
