Chiller/How to make it work

Hi guys.
I'm new around here, and yeap, I have a question.
I Bought a Chiller and I don't know much about it.
The instructions are not clear for me. If somebody has this kind of chiller and know how to make it run I'll apreciate the info.
It is a

Aqua Euro USA Aquarium Nano Chiller CL-85 for 12g

Do I need a pump to make the water circle in the chiller?!
I connected to my aquarium expecting to see the water flows but nothing happened. Thanks!

I have a chiller on my 270 and just use one of the return pumps to produce the flow through the chiller. Info on-line for your chiller says: 'Flow Rate: 40-80 GPH ' so you do need to provide some sort of circulation pump I'd bet, to get the water to go through that chiller!

Ok, I need an external powerhead for this. Let me explain you a little bit of my project. Certainly I don't have an aquarium... it's a terrarium for amphibians... dart frogs. I want to use the chiller to lower the terrariums temp. Under the ground I have a false floor where the water flows. I have a pump connected to a log...likea waterfall which take the water up from the ground to the superior level... I intend to lower the temp this way.
If you want to recomend me a good external powerhead. please!
