This past Saturday I decided to move to a sump system. My current system is a 46 gallon bow front with fish and coral. I bought a model 2200 quite one pump, aqua lifter vacuum pump and a overflow box ( all this on your invoice 136166). I got home and installed all this into a 20 gallon long tank. Everything seems to be running fine, except it seems a little loud and makes some noises that don’t seem normal. It’s hard to explain but here goes and try at it. It makes a sound like it is trying to get air or that the overflow box is filling up to quickly and gurgling noise then the drain hose makes a spitting noise.
So with saying all that.
Is that normal?
If not, do you have any suggestions?
