Recommendations on RO/DI unit under $150?

Hello, I was curious if there are ro/di units you would recommend under $150? I have well water and everyone is telling me it would be best to use this? When I first set up my tank, would you use this water for the initial cycle or could I use my well water for the cycle stage and replace with ro/di water? The tank I will be setting up is a 75g system, FOWLR. I have seen a couple on Dr. Fosters that were in this range, but haven't heard or read feedback on them?
