why is my ro/di water cloudy blue?

I recently changed out my RO/DI system and after letting my holding tank fill up I noticed a light blue scum build up and the water was cloudy blue. Why?????

I have never heard of that before. i don't know what it is but I definitely don't think it's safe to use the water.

Have you tried contacting the R.O./D.I. manufacturer for their input?
